two "russian tea" cookies from Albertsons
Lunch:
pasta with spicy meat sauce
blackened chicken ceaser salad
1 cookie

10-8-08

Today I am starting a blog to keep track of the foods I eat. I have established a healthy eating cycle and I'm determined to lose weight. I'll be damned if I don't!

So, today I had a bad eating day, and I truly mean it when I say that I normally do not eat like this.

I had:
Cold deep dish pizza from Little Caesar's for breakfast
Water
Apple
Pizza again for lunch (this marks the end of my pizza supply I thought I would have gotten more use out of when I bought it)
a mini-bowl of Quaker Oatmeal Squares
salad with bell peppers, sunflower seeds, carrots, a bit of ranch and balsamic vinager
mini slice of cheesecake because the ice cream machine was making more ice cream (thank God for my lack of food-related patience)
honeydew melon slices and cottage cheese
an apple
about three bottles of water, total.

I ended well. Tomorrow will be a better day.

I really want, most of all, Nutella for my green apple on the corner of my desk.
